While you cook over the coals on the charcoal grill, relax in the deck rockers and plan your next national park trail challenge. Not that motivated? Kick back in the total privacy of the outdoor hot tub and decide what time to drive around the nearby Cades Cove loop.
Upon entering the main floor great room, the mountain landscape greets you through 2 stories of window glass, next to the stone woodburning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has island dining seating in addition to an adjacent breakfast area.
Choose between two suite bedrooms: an upstairs king master suite with vaulted ceilings and full private bath, or a downstairs queen bedroom and its own separate Jacuzzi room with large picture window, to enjoy the view while bathing.

We had a great time staying at Hiker's Point cabin. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items needed for cooking. The cabin is well maintained and has amazing views of the smokies from the wrap around deck. We especially enjoyed the real wood burning fireplace and the hot tub.The drive up the mountain to the cabin was not bad compared to others I've stayed in and even though there are other cabins around, you feel secluded here with plenty of privacy. Volunteer cabin rentals was great to book with. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even supply the wood for the fireplace! I highly recommend booking with Volunteer. Best rates I could find and very accommodating. Same cabin on vrbo was almost $200 more for the same dates. I will definitely be using them again when we come back next year. Hopefully in this same cabin. Thank you Volunteer Cabin rentals!

We love Hiker's Point so much we returned a second year during the first week of June to see the synchronous fireflies. The location of the cabin is perfect for those who, like us, spend all of our time enjoying the national park. The deck provides shelter from the rain while enjoying the mountain views and the birds singing. Last year we got to meet a mama bear and her cub right outside our cabin. Kitchen is fully stocked, and the cabin is kept very clean. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made our stay very comfortable, and the bedroom on the main floor was a plus for our elderly parents since they did not have to climb any stairs. The washer and dryer in the cabin helped to pack lightly and relieve our dreaded return back home. We are delighted to have found Hiker's Point!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at face value cabin was well kept an you could smell the cleaning product upon arrival. I will say it could use a little deep clean for dust, as a housekeeper I have an eye for these things. Overall would recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you!
